PUBLIC SAFETY & CRIME:

Restore law and order by letting cops do their job and shutting down crime, chaos, and lawlessness.

Expand the NYPD by 10,000 officers to improve patrol coverage and response times.
-
Offer sign-on bonuses and student loan deferrals to recruit and retain qualified officers.
-
Establish citywide patrol grids to ensure consistent, neighborhood-based policing.
-
Prohibit face coverings in subways and retail spaces to deter crime.
-
Fight for the reversal of bail reform in Albany to ensure accountability for repeat offenders.
-
Confiscate illegal dirt bikes and ATVs from city streets.
-
Place officers in every subway station and train car to enhance transit safety
-
Strengthen police misconduct oversight through fair and transparent complaint review processes and enhanced community engagement.
-
Partner with federal agencies including the DOJ, FBI, and U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York to crack down on organized crime, gun trafficking, and public corruption.
AFFORDABILITY & COST OF LIVING:

Streamline permitting and zoning to fast-track over 100,000 affordable and middle-income housing units.

Convert underused office buildings into residential housing.
-
Incentivize landlords to list the 26,000 currently unlisted affordable units.
-
Expand low-interest loan programs to help working families build financial stability.
-
Partner with the private sector to support renters without established credit.
-
Strengthen rent protections and crack down on negligent landlords.
-
Reduce everyday costs by improving access to child care, transit, and essential services.
-
Introduce subsidized or free MTA rides for low-income residents.
EDUCATION:
-
Restore funding for early childhood education, after-school programs, and school-based mental health services.
-
Raise pay and strengthen accountability for teachers and paraprofessionals.
-
Expand career and technical education programs aligned with future job markets.
-
Make schools true community anchors through family and neighborhood partnerships.
-
Break up the NYC Department of Education and give each borough control over its own school system.
-
Deploy standardized review processes to evaluate teacher performance.
HOMELESSNESS:
-
Lease cruise ships to provide 5,000 transitional housing units with rehab and job training programs.
-
Prohibit sleeping on public streets and subways, while expanding access to safe, supportive alternatives.
-
Integrate homelessness response with mental health and employment services across city systems.
MENTAL HEALTH:
-
Launch mobile crisis response teams focused on care rather than incarceration.
-
Expand psychiatric bed capacity and long-term inpatient treatment availability.
-
Integrate mental health care across shelters, hospitals, and public safety operations.
-
Establish a floating recovery center as part of transitional housing and treatment.
IMMIGRATION & THE MIGRANT CRISIS:
-
Coordinate directly with the federal government to secure funding and manage services.
-
Create a dedicated Office of Immigration Coordination to streamline access and support communities.
-
Oppose the use of school gyms and community centers as migrant shelters.
-
Support legal work authorization and job training programs for new arrivals.
CLEANLINESS & BEAUTIFICATION:
-
Require storefront businesses to keep sidewalks clean or face escalating fines.
-
Deploy daily cleanup crews throughout all boroughs.
-
Improve parks with enhanced lighting, regular maintenance, and weekend pedestrian-only zones.
-
Enforce vagrancy laws in public spaces.
-
Permanently protect Elizabeth Garden as a public park.
INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRANSPORTATION:
-
Launch a 12-month repaving plan for city streets using existing funding.
-
Improve subway safety by banning performances and stunts in trains.
-
Require delivery cyclists and riders to follow traffic laws.
-
Provide free or reduced-cost MTA fares for eligible low-income residents.
TECHNOLOGY & ECONOMIC GROWTH:
-
Use AI and smart city tech to clean streets, improve traffic, and digitize public services.
-
Establish a public-private AI incubator and server farm to drive innovation and job creation.
-
Implement real-time crime monitoring centers with AI surveillance and predictive analytics.
-
Roll out smart city technologies including adaptive traffic lights, waste sensors, and AI-integrated 311 systems.
ARTS & MEDIA:
-
Expand tax credits and waive permitting fees to attract film and theater productions.
-
Invest in local artists and cultural initiatives to boost economic growth and preserve NYC’s creative identity.
